REFUND POLICY
Returns
Platinum Hoops accepts returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Products must be undamaged and in resalable condition

Proof of purchase is required
Products that show signs of use, installation, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Platinum Hoops does not cover return shipping unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and processing costs associated with large equipment returns. This percentage is standard for specialty equipment and freight-shipped products.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus:

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@platinumhoops.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
